Let's Go Eco currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Please note, due to the historic increase in shipping costs, there are some very rural locations where we will not be able to honour our shipping fees.  For this we apologize.  In these very few and rare cases, we will reach out and offer a shipping surcharge or a full refund.

Within Canada

For most locations within Canada we offer free economy shipping with Federal Express on all purchases of $150 or more.  Purchases under $150 are a flat rate of $10. We are based in Toronto, Canada and to most locations we ship express and orders arrive within 4-7 days (varies by location and season).  Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.  

Continental USA

The cost to ship to USA is a flat rate of $15 CDN (approx. $11 USD). To most locations we ship express and orders arrive within 4-7 days (varies by location and season).  Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.  Boxes may incur additional customs fees or duties and are not included. 

Why do we charge for shipping?

While we would like to offer free shipping, because we're low waste and often plastic free our subscription boxes and orders are heavier then most.  They are also hand packed with care and extra sustainably sourced packaging to ensure minimal breakage.  On average, our subscription boxes and orders cost $16-25 to ship and the $10 flat fee helps us continue to deliver a more sustainable experience and stay plastic-free.
