Hot/Cold Compress & Therapy Bags

Wheat Bags, also known as therapy bags, can be used as either a hot or cold compress.  Store them in the freezer to help soothe headaches or heat up in the microwave and use to soothe sore muscles.  Made from all natural materials.  Handmade with cotton flannel and filled with Canadian prairie wheat.

For cold compress, store in the freezer.  Hot compress heat in the microwave.  Detailed instructions included with each bag.
